The Firm

Belles Graham Proudfoot & Wilson was established on February 1, 1995, as a continuation of the branch office of a prominent Honolulu law firm. That branch office was opened on Kaua'i in 1971. All of the personnel previously in that branch office-lawyers, legal assistants and staff-continued to practice in the same location and in the same manner as before. Since opening Belles Graham Proudfoot & Wilson has expanded from four to seven lawyers, and is presently the largest private practice law firm in Hawaii outside of Honolulu. Our seven lawyers have a combined total of over 150 years of the practice of Law on Kaua'i.

Our Philosophy

Belles Graham Proudfoot & Wilson strives to be the premier general practice law firm on the island of Kawai. We pride ourselves in being able to assist our clients in most areas of the law other than Family Law and Criminal law. Most of this assistance will be provided personally by our lawyers and staff on Kaua'i but, where necessary, we have the contacts and experience to refer our clients to skilled counsel who have expertise or resources we do not have, both on and off of Kaua'i. In such situations we are still able to give such alternative counsel the local guidance which is so critical to the legal success of many projects on Kaua'i.
